Shipping policy

Expect shipping delays up to 2-3 weeks due to COVID19. If any questions or concerns contact our customer service directly. 

Processing time

Once your order has been placed, please allow 24-48 hours for processing prior to shipping. All orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed same day. 

Standard Shipping

Delivery can take 11-30 business days from the moment your order is processed. Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Expedited Shipping 

Delivery can take 3-7 business days from the moment your order is processed at an additional cost. Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Next Day Delivery

Delivery is next day (Monday - Friday) if ordered is submitted before 11am PST. Next day delivery is only offered for fine jewelry purchases at this time. Please allow 24-48 hour processing time before shipping.
