RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To receive a full refund, please return the unworn items in its original packaging within 3 days upon delivery.
Please allow up to 5-7 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive the returned the items. Once the returned items have been processed, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Customers are liable for all return and exchange shipping expenses. We recommend any returns that are sent by delivery have a tracking number as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
Refunds can only be carried out if you return your order to return address issued by customer service. For more information of where to return your items please complete the Contact Us form at the bottom of our home page. Questions are normally answered within 24 hours.
EXCHANGES
For all exchanges please return the items in its original packaging including a receipt of the item you wish to exchange. All items must be exchanged within 3 days upon delivery. Once the shipment has been received, please allow us an additional 3-5 days for new item(s) to ship.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact customer support within 3-5 days of receiving the order.
All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost of your product including your original delivery charges.
RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns or exchanges. When returning or exchanging unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of shipping.
We recommend any returns or exchanges are sent with traceable delivery method as we are not liable for items that do not reach us.
REFUNDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT
Please allow 5-7 days from the day your return items are received for your refund to be fully processed. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5-7 business days for the money to appear in your account. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account, therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame. If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for another method of payment.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY REFUND?
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 5-7 business days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example '2 for $20') you will be refunded the full price of that item minus the total discount given in the offer. If you return any items purchased with a discount you will be refunded the discounted value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or
